I am not accepting orders from the UK at this time. If you place an order with a UK address, your order will be fully refunded ASAP. Thank you for your understanding.
Additionally, as of September 2021, the USPS has suspended all service to Australia. I will be shipping orders to Australia when the COVID restrictions are lifted, but I don't know when that will be. If you are waiting on an order and you live in Australia, I will refund no questions asked if you don't want to wait.

ShippingShipping costs are non-refundable. Due to the pandemic and my own health, I can only ship items once a week. You will receive a notification when your item is shipped. The USPS also is understaffed and overworked, and postal delays might mean you don't receive your package for a week or two. This is out of my control.
I will only be shipping out orders at the end of the preorder period (if applicable). By buying a preorder item, you acknowledge that you will not be receiving it immediately. If for whatever reason I can't make the preorder period, I'll post updates in the shop and on Twitter.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I am not accepting returns.
If your package arrives damaged, please notify me and send me pictures of the damage. If I can replace the product I will do so at no charge.
If the product cannot be replaced I'll issue a refund. Again, shipping costs are non-refundable.If you are in the US and your package goes missing or hasn't arrived after 30 days, please notify me and I will either replace or refund the item.
If you are outside of the US and your package goes missing or hasn't arrived after 45 days, please notify me and I will look into it. If it's clear the item is lost I will either replace or refund the item.
If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card/method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
